Cancellation Policy
ARRIVAL: To ensure your full service, kindly arrive 5-10 minutes early. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may be canceled. NO SHOW: A fee will be charged for appointments where there's no call and no show. CANCELLATIONS: Please inform us at least 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. CHILDREN: Due to my use of chemicals and hot tools, I ask to reschedule if you cannot find childcare during your appointment. PAYMENT: Cash and cards are acceptable forms of payment.
